Craig Blundell

We are pleased to welcome the latest addition to the '5CATFish' family. Craig is rapidly becoming known as one of the best session drummers and International clinicians in the UK. His list of commercial credits is rapidly expanding and is now one of Mapex, Roland and Paiste's foremost clinicians. His clinic style, performances and level of entertainment have received rave reviews in the media all over the globe and have put him out there with some of the best clinicians in the world. His credits have seen him playing with some inspirational people including Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden and Mike Rutherford from Genesis and this year looks like its going to be an extremely busy year (Ed's note - culminating in joining 5CATFish!!). Craig is also working on his long awaited album which will be released at the end of summer 2007. Apart from doing many sessions and live work, clinics are where Craig finds himself at home. It's with great delight that Craig performed at this year's Drumfest alongside Billy Cobham, his childhood hero. Craig has performed clinics alongside Gregg Bissonette, Gary Husband, Billy Cobham, David Garibaldi, Jason Bittner, Carl Palmer, Mark Mondesir and many more drumming legends. Craig is fully endorsed by Mapex drums, Paiste Cymbals, Roland V Drums, Aquarian Drumheads, Vater Sticks, Protection Racket Cases, Bigfoot beaters and NSD Powerballs. (Ed's note - Craig is joining 5CATFish as the regular drummer, allowing Duff more time to look after his growing family and other interests whilst still joining us for one gig per month.)
